BLEND: Mainly Chardonnay, and some Pinot Noir

SOIL: Vines established on clay-limestone soils and chalk subsoils that ensures appropriate drainage.

VINEYARD: The vineyard is located in Aube, south of the area that was granted with Champagne designation, and extends over the Ource, Arce and Seine valleys on lands with varied soils.

CREATION: Obtained by blending white and red wines from the same terroir, vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

During the blending process, each grape variety brings its own identity and characteristics. This is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle.

AGING: Aged for a minimum of 18 months.

COLOUR: Light salmon pink colour, fine and generous bubbles.

NOSE: Nose with a beautiful aromatic intensity, fresh, pure, mineral characteristic of the Chardonnay, blossoms of lightness in symbiosis with the noble fruitiness of the Pinot Noir.

PALATE: Full with notes of forest fruits (strawberries), light and balanced.

HOW TO ENJOY: Aperitif, gourmet desserts with red and black fruits.
