BLEND:  Three quarters Pinot Noir, one quarter Chardonnay.

SOIL: Vines established on clay-limestone soils and chalk subsoils that ensures appropriate drainage.

VINEYARD: The vineyard is located in Aube, south of the area that was granted with Champagne designation, and extends over the Ource, Arce and Seine valleys on lands with varied soils.

CREATION: Produced according to the traditional process called “méthode champenoise” with temperature control and a second fermentation in the bottle.

AGING: Aged for 30 months.

COLOUR: Light golden colour, with a lovely line of fine and persistent bubbles.

NOSE: The aromas of Pinot Noir enhanced by its companion Chardonnay reveal a clever olfactory marriage.

PALATE: This blend brings fruitiness, freshness and roundness to the Champagne.
