BLEND:  Half Pinot Noir, half Chardonnay.

SOIL: Vines established on clay-limestone soils and chalk subsoils that ensures appropriate drainage.

VINEYARD: The vineyard is located in Aube, south of the area that was granted with Champagne designation, and extends over the Ource, Arce and Seine valleys on lands with varied soils.

CREATION: Produced according to the traditional process called “méthode champenoise” with temperature control and a second fermentation in the bottle.

AGING: Aged for 48 months.

COLOUR: Light golden colour, with a lovely line of fine and fast bubbles.

NOSE: Very intense, rich and fruity.

PALATE: The white fruits and the brioche flavour mixes in a fresh and balanced palate.

HOW TO ENJOY: Pleasant and structured, connoisseurs will appreciate this nectar with a carpaccio of lobster and shavings of foie gras or with a filet mignon of veal creamed with morels.
