CUVÉE BLANC DE NOIR BRUT NATURE BOX OF 6 BOTTLES
Harvested on a north, north-west facing terroir, composed of red clay and Portlandian limestone on the right bank of the Seine, in a 45 year old parcel with an exceptional exposure.
VINEYARD: The vineyard is located in Aube, south of the area that was granted with Champagne designation, and extends over the Ource, Arce and Seine valleys on lands with varied soils.
CREATION: Harvested on a north, north-west facing terroir, composed of red clay and Portlandian limestone on the right bank of the Seine, in a 45 year old parcel with an exceptional exposure.
AGING: Wine aged in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, second fermentation in the bottle, followed by an ageing period of at least 18 months, which reflects the Pinot grape on its best terroir.
COLOUR: Golden colour, fine and persistent bubbles giving a very intense nose.
NOSE: Brut, without combination, this cuvée is distinguished by an assertive, vinous character, typical of Pinot.
Pure nose, full of freshness, distinguished by the complexity of its aromas.
PALATE: The finish is full-bodied, appreciated by lovers of Pinot Noir for its unmistakable vinous character.
HOW TO ENJOY: Goes well with meat and fish (pan-fried scallops with truffles, filet mignon with crayfish).
